Born and raised in Newton, MA, I have been a Boston resident most of my life. Upon graduating from Ithaca College’s Park School of Communications I started my career working in the Community Relations department for the Boston Red Sox. After several years at Fenway Park, I made a transition into the exciting world of real estate.
I have been a Realtor for 18 years of which I have spent the majority of my time working with buyers, sellers, investors and developers.
In 2010 I obtained my SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) certification. My goal was to focus a portion of my real estate practice working with this ever expanding demographic. As seniors and the Baby Boomer generations continue to age this subset of real estate is changing. How these groups go about deciding where and how to live is going to become a major factor in real estate in the next decade. Over the last 10 years I have developed valuable contacts and created deep relationships in the senior care community. I feel I have the personality, skill set and understanding to be an advocate and resource for my clients who meet these criteria.
In 2017, I became a local Massachusetts affiliate for Homes For Heroes. This organization works with local heroes including those in; Law Enforcement, Firefighters, First Responders, Military, Teachers and the Medical Community (nurses, doctors, veterinarians etc). Through this program I am able to provide meaningful financial incentives to any and all home buyers and sellers that meet one of these hero designations. Now more than ever all of these folks deserve our thanks and respect and my participation in this program is my way of giving back through my profession.
I am also a Certified Divorce Specialist and work with those who are going through the difficult experience of separation and divorce.
When I’m not working hard for my clients, I am spending time with my Goldendoodle Riley who is a therapy dog. Together we visit hospitals, colleges and various other institutions and help make people feel better. I also enjoy playing golf, seeing movies and spending time on Cape Cod where my family owns a home.
In all of Boston, my favorite pizza is the original Regina's in the North End. More locally it would be Stoked in Brookline’s Washington Sq.
I love taking my dog for a walk in Franklin Park
Tough one but I would say Birthday Cake from Crescent Ridge
When I was younger I was in an acapella group!
I love working with new people to help them achieve the ultimate goal of home ownership. No two purchases are ever the same. It can be challenging, tough work but extremely rewarding.
