Originally from Newton, Nora has lived in several Boston neighborhoods since graduating from Northeastern University; she now resides in South Boston with her husband Tarik and two young children Minka and Mateo. After a long career in commercial real estate, Nora decided to make the jump to her true real estate passion - working with buyers and sellers on the residential side. In her free time, Nora loves being with her family, aspires to learn French, and add to her cooking repertoire.
Why she loves her neighborhood:
There are many parts of Boston I consider my “neighborhood” but I love South Boston because it’s so central! We can walk to Castle Island, the South End, Back Bay, North End, or Seaport in a matter of 20 minutes, and there are so many parks we can stop at along the way. However, my roots go deep in many Boston neighborhoods.
Favorite local pizza:
Hands down my favorite pizza are Pizzeria Regina from the original North End location.
Favorite place for a walk:
My favorite way to spend a Saturday or Sunday is to walk to the Seaport with my family….we stroll the streets and check out the shops and restaurants - there is always something new to see! On the way home, we walk along with the waterfront and of course stop at Martin’s Park.
Favorite ice cream flavor:
Brighams Cookies & Cream
I’ve never met a stranger, just a friend I haven’t spoken to yet.
Why she's in real estate:
It’s the people I meet, that I would otherwise not have known, and the stories they share with me that I most enjoy about working in real estate. So often my clients become my friends and my friends become my clients - I couldn’t love that more!
